REFUND POLICY

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • We will refund or resend if the damaged or losses conducted by Freight company.
  • We will resend the replacement in your next order if the item is error or defective after inestigation.

Please keep in mind the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs; this applies to buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
